Tutati is a live streaming platform that allows users to broadcast short-form video content in a rotating queue format. Each user receives a limited time slot to broadcast to viewers.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of Tutati. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on Tutati. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not broadcast content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users; we act on reports within 24 hours by removing content and, where appropriate, removing the user responsible.

6. Privacy

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
